Mark spent the majority of his young life on the ski hill racing with the Southern Ontario Ski Team or on the soccer field. It is during this time that he developed his love of sport and had his share of appointments with Physiotherapists for various injuries.

Mark Graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology in 2001, before starting his Physical Therapy education at Husson College in Bangor, Maine. In 2005 he attained his Masters of Physical Therapy, and in 2008 he completed his Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Since graduating Mark has completed his Level II Manual Therapy courses, numerous courses in Acupuncture through Acupuncture Canada and further coursework in Vestibular rehabilitation.

Mark practiced for 2 ½ years at Day Kimball Hospital in Connecticut prior to returning to the Collingwood area, where he has practiced since 2008. During his 20 years of practice, Mark has had the opportunity to work with many different patient populations. He has worked with many musculoskeletal injuries, Post-Operative conditions, and has many years of experience with bracing including bracing for Osteoarthritic conditions in the knee. He has had a special interest in patients who have suffered Concussions and have Vestibular issues, including Vertigo.

When not at work, Mark can be found with his wife Andrea and their dog Cliff on their farm outside of Meaford, or ,of course, on the ski hill, snowshoeing or in a kayak.
