Sydney completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University in 2023, and continued at McMaster to complete her Masters degree in Physiotherapy in 2025. During her studies, she gained valuable experience working with the Varsity Women’s Basketball team, where she developed a strong interest in sports-related injuries and rehabilitation. Sydney is passionate about helping individuals from all walks of life reach their health and movement goals. She focuses on empowering her clients with the knowledge, tools, and confidence they need to take an active role in their recovery.
