Cancellation Policy
To respect the time of the treating healthcare provider and allow us to offer appointment times to other patients in need of care, we require at least 24-hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Advance notice cancellations (greater than 24-hours) can be made by calling or emailing our office.
Late cancellations (less than 24-hours notice) or ‘no-show’ appointments will be charged a fee as follows:
- First late cancellation or no-show | $40
- Second late cancellation or no-show | Full appointment fee
- Third late cancellation or no-show | Full appointment fee
Please note that these fees are NOT billable to insurance and are the client’s responsibility.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you are sick and we will reschedule your appointment. We ask that you wait at least 24-hours from last fever and 48-hours after vomiting and/or diarrhea before attending any in-person appointments.
We understand that emergencies occur. Please inform us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances and we will reschedule your appointment.
